The Santa Maria Residence is located in the Port of Taverna, approximately 2km from Moriani-Plage.

This is a high-end residence, with a very large park with trees and flowers, a large swimming pool, a volleyball court and two ping-pong tables with free access.
The houses are grouped into small lots, but well oriented in relation to each other so that the neighbors do not bother each other at all.
From June 15 to September 15, you benefit from an outdoor parking lot monitored at night and access to the residence itself is not permitted for vehicles in order to guarantee the peace and quiet of holidaymakers.
